He received the PhD. in Computer Science from UNED (Madrid, 2008), his Master degree in Fuel Cells and Supercapacitors from CSIC (Madrid, 2003). and his M.S. degree in Physics from UNED (Madrid, 2002).

His working experience includes four years as a predoctoral fellow at IAI-CSIC (Madrid) since 2002. He was hired in 2006 as a Research Technician and as Assitant Professor in 2008. Since 2012, he has been working as Associate Professor at Dpto. Informatica y Automatica, UNED, in Madrid.

His research is focused on the modeling, simulation and diagnosis of fuel cell low temperature.
